The Municipal Code of Dublin is a compilation of the applicable ordinances (rules, regulations, or standards) of a municipality (G.C. 50022.1), and sets forth Dublin's laws.
Ordinances generally go into effect 30 days after their second reading and adoption. As applicable ordinances are adopted, the City Clerk forwards them to the code publisher. The publisher will then add, delete, or change the code sections as prescribed by the ordinances. Supplements to the Municipal Code are generally done on an annual basis.
