The City of Dublin is looking to create a temporary art display using wood recovered from fallen oak trees. The trees have been cut into a variety of sizes including rounds and trunk sections. The City of Dublin invited qualified artists and student artists to submit designs for this unique temporary art project.
The Heritage and Cultural Arts Commission will consider the design proposals, discuss possible display locations, and make a recommendation to the City Council for approval at its regular meeting on August 12, 2021. Once the artwork has been selected and completed it will be on display for the public to view. Please check this web page to get updates on the progress of this unique art project.
