Meeting Procedure During Coronavirus (COVID-19) Outbreak:
The Dublin Parks and Community Services Commission will hold online virtual meetings via Zoom Video Communications. Members of the public who wish to address the Parks and Community Services Commission will need to complete an online speaker slip. Speakers will be able to participate using a computer or smart phone. A telephonic option will also be available to those who cannot access a computer or smart phone during the meeting. The speaker will be announced in the meeting when it is his/her time to speak to the Parks and Community Services Commission. The speaker will then have three minutes to provide comments.

Draft minutes of the Commission meetings are generally presented to the Commission for approval at the following meeting. Once approved by the Commission, the approved minutes are available for distribution on this webpage, at the Dublin Civic Center, or upon request for a minimal copy charge.

The Parks and Community Services Commission is an advisory body to the City Council and City Staff. This Commission is made up of five members of the community who serve four-year staggered terms and one student representative who serves a one-year term. This Commission acts in an advisory capacity to the City Council with regard to City facilities, parks, and recreational activities and programs. The Parks and Community Services Commission Bylaws and Rules of Procedure govern the meetings and activities of the Commission.
