CFD No. 2023-1 East Ranch
Summary
On December 5, 2023, the City Council of the City of Dublin (the “City”) established Community Facilities District No. 2023-1 (East Ranch) The then-qualified landowner electors within CFD No. 2023-1 authorized the levy of a two Mello-Roos special taxes: 1) Facilities special tax - to pay for city public capital improvements, city-imposed impact fees, Dublin San Ramon Services District capital improvements and impact fees, and Zone 7 capital improvements and impact fees. 2) Services special tax – to pay for the operating, maintenance and repair of equipment, apparatus or facilities located within CFD 2023-1. No bonds have been issued on behalf of CFD 2023-1. It is projected this will occur in 2025.
