Electric Vehicle
City of Dublin Solar and Electric Vehicle (E.V.) Checklist:
Beginning January 1, 2023, all new construction is required to have electric vehicle service equipment (EVSE) onsite. Per Dublin Municipal Code §7.94.060 and §7.94.090, Electric vehicle (EV) charging for new construction is adopted as mandatory at the Tier 2 level (See California Green Building Standards Code, §A4.106.8.1. and §A4.106.8.2) for Residential and Multifamily/Commercial projects, respectively.
