Zoning Administrator Responsibilities
The Community Development Director or designee serves as the Zoning Administrator. The duties and powers of the Zoning Administrator are identified in Section 8.128.040 of the Dublin Zoning Ordinance and include the power to consider, approve or deny applications for Conditional Use Permits, Variances, and any other matters specifically provided by the Municipal Code.
Meetings
Zoning Administrator meetings are called as necessary. Please review the agenda or call the Planning Division at 925-833-6610 to confirm the meeting date, time, and location.
Meeting Procedure:
- The Dublin Zoning Administrator will hold online virtual meetings via Zoom Video Communications. At the start of the meeting, you will be able to join the webinar here: (when available)
Speaker Slips
Members of the public who wish to address the Zoning Administrator will need to complete an online speaker slip, which will be available on the day of the meeting here (when available). Speakers will be able to participate using a computer or smart phone. A telephonic option will also be available to those without access to a computer or smart phone during the meeting.
- Those who do not have access to the internet in order to fill out an online speaker slip should call the City of Dublin at 925-833-6610 prior to the meeting. A phone number will be provided to enable the speaker to call in to the meeting.
- The speaker will be announced in the meeting when it is his/her time to speak to the Zoning Administrator. The speaker will then have three minutes to provide comments.
