Now Seeking Vendors

The City of Dublin is currently accepting vendor applications for this milestone celebration. We are looking for a diverse mix of artisans, makers, food vendors, commercial businesses, and nonprofit organizations to help create a lively and engaging festival experience.

This is a great opportunity to:

  • Showcase your products or services to thousands of attendees
  • Be part of a major community event
  • Join in commemorating America’s 250th anniversary in “The New American Backyard”

Vendor Categories:

Food Vendors

Food vendors offer prepared meals, snacks, and beverages to festival attendees. All vendors must meet Alameda County Environmental Health requirements and secure the appropriate permits. Space is limited, and selection is based on menu variety, quality, and the ability to serve large crowds.

Retail / Artisan Vendors

Retail and artisan vendors provide handmade goods, art, crafts, and other merchandise. All items must be family-friendly and appropriate for a large community festival. Booths should be well-organized, visually appealing, and staffed for the duration of the event.

Informational / Community Booths

Local organizations, civic groups, and community agencies may host informational booths to share services and engage with attendees. Sales are not permitted in this category, but giveaways, demonstrations, and interactive activities are encouraged.

Non-Profit Carnival Game Operators

Non-profit organizations may operate carnival-style games that are rented and supplied by the City. Groups are responsible for staffing and managing their game throughout the event. Non-profits set their own pricing and keep 100% of the revenue generated—an excellent fundraising opportunity that enhances the festival atmosphere.

Commercial Vendors

Commercial vendors include businesses offering products or services for sale or promotion. Sales and lead generation activities are permitted. Booths must remain open and staffed for the entire event and should maintain a clean, professional appearance.

Vendor spaces are limited, and early application is encouraged.
