- What types of vendor opportunities are available?
There are four vendor categories: Food Vendors (food trucks, booths, or beverage sales), Irish Marketplace Vendors (handcrafted items, art, or Irish-themed products), Activity Vendors (interactive games, crafts, or family-friendly activities), Nonprofit Vendors (local organizations providing information or community engagement) - How do I apply?

Do I need to provide my own booth setup?
Yes. Vendors must supply their own tent, tables, chairs, and display materials. The City will provide the assigned space only, unless purchased and marked on application.Is electricity available?
Limited electricity is available for Food Vendors only. No electricity will be provided for Irish Marketplace, Activity, or Nonprofit vendors.Can I bring a generator?
Quiet generators may be approved upon request. Please indicate your power needs on your application form.What are the setup and teardown times?
Vendors will receive detailed setup instructions and assigned load-in times closer to the event. Setup occurs on Friday evening from 2:00PM-7:00PM or early Saturday morning at 6:00AM and all cars must be off the lot by 9:00AM. You cannot breakdown earlier than 4;45pm on Sunday. Vehicles may enter the lot once majority of attendees are off the lot.
- What is the booth fee?
Booth fees vary by vendor type and space size. Please refer to your specific vendor application for current rates. - When is payment due?
Payment is due after your application has been approved and confirmation has been sent by City staff. - Will there be security?
Overnight security is provided, but the City of Dublin is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Vendors are encouraged to secure valuables overnight. - Who do I contact with questions?
