What is Splatter?

Splatter is a multi-cultural event, celebrating the fine wine, diverse cuisine, and the unique and creative arts found in the Tri-Valley.

Where is Splatter?

Splatter takes place at Emerald Glen Park, located off of Tassajara Road between Central Parkway and Gleason Drive in Dublin.

What if it rains?

Splatter is held rain or shine!   The event will continue as scheduled regardless of the weather.  (Rain will make Splatter more "splattery"!)

Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately, due to Alameda County Health Department regulations, pets are NOT permitted at Splatter. This will be strictly enforced.

Is there an entry fee?

Admission to the festival is FREE.  

Is wine or beer be available for purchase at the event?

Yes. This year's event will feature several wineries and craft breweries offering wine or beer for purchase. 

Where can I find wine or beer to purchase?

There will be one Beverage Bar at the event where you may purchase beer or wine located near the main stage.

How can I purchase tickets for the Carnival Rides?

Tickets for Carnival Rides can be purchased at the Carnival Ride Booth. The price of the tickets and the cost for each ride varies.

Is there an ATM on site?

Yes. Two ATM machines will be available at the festival.

Will I need an ID to purchase wine and beer?

Any person purchasing alcoholic beverages will be required to provide proper identification. A wristband will be given to those who are at least 21 years of age with proper identification. This will be strictly enforced.

Where can I park?

Limited parking is available in the South Parking Lot off of Central Parkway behind The Wave.  There is also street parking available on Central Parkway and Gleason Drive.

Is there any disabled parking?

Disabled parking will be available onsite at the North Parking Lot off of Gleason Drive at Emerald Glen Park. Additional disabled parking is available at East County Hall of Justice at 5151 Gleason Drive where a FREE Shuttle with a wheelchair lift will stop at each location every 15-20 minutes.
