The following documents are required as part of the registration process for your child's acceptance into the Dublin Preschool Program. All documents must be submitted through ePACT. Once registered, you will receive an email invite with instructions to download the ePACT app. All required documents must be completed and uploaded by August 15, 2022.
Please note: Your child will not be formally enrolled in our Preschool Program until all of the following required documentation is submitted:
Allergy Action Plan (must be completed for all students; if no allergies, write none, date and sign)

Live Scan fingerprinting is done by appointment only. Please call the City of Dublin Police Services 925-833-6670 to schedule your appointment. Schedule an appointment as soon as possible.
