Buying a Below Market Rate (BMR) Home 

  1. Review the eligibility requirements and determine if you qualify, on page 1 of the below market rate application packet
  2. Submit your offer through your realtor to the listing agent by the offer due date
  3. If your offer is selected by the Seller to move forward, and you are in contract on the home, do the following:
  4. Contact the City of Dublin Housing Division for a link to our online below market rate application at HousingInfo@dublin.ca.gov or (925) 833-6610
  5. Complete your online application and upload your documents
  6. City staff will review your application and determine if you qualify
  7. Do NOT order an inspection report or appraisal unless you have been approved in writing by the City of Dublin to purchase
