New BMRs at Francis Ranch!
A total of 18 Moderate-Income below market rate (BMR) homes will be available between 2025 and 2027, 14 three-bedroom duets and 4, four-bedroom townhomes.
The three-bedroom duets range in size from 1,795 to 1,839 square feet and feature an attached two-car garage. They are priced at $576,615 for households with 3-6 persons. View the Floor Plan and the Flyer.
The four-bedroom townhomes are 1,970 square feet for households with 4-8 persons. A floor plan and flyer are coming soon.
October 2025 Release
The City is currently reviewing the October Francis Ranch Applications. The City is in contact with the applicants with the highest preference points and has invited them to submit an online BMR application along with supporting documentation.
February 1, 2026 Release

Pricing for the four-bedroom townhomes will be no more than $628,000; exact pricing will be released before the application period begins. The three-bedroom duets are $576,615.
