Position Open for the Bicycle Pedestrian Advisory Committee

Formatted HTML message

Residents of the Tri-Valley area,
The Alameda County Transportation Commission (ACTC) has an opening on its Bicycle Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC). We are seeking residents of Dublin and or Livermore for this position. The BPAC is an 11 member committee of Alameda County residents interested in advocating for pedestrians and cyclists. Our initial charter has changed and the committee will now review and make recommendations to the Commission and staff on regional projects funded through ACTC on the project impact on pedestrians and cyclists. The committee members are appointed by the county supervisors or the Mayor's Conference. The application is available on line at http://www.alamedactc.org/app_pages/view/14.

For further information, you can contact me or Matt Bomberg, the program coordinator for ACTC. Matt's contact is mbomberg@alamedactc.org.

Thank you.

Midori Tabata
Chair of ACTC BPAC
