How do I report a street light that needs to be repaired?
Street lights are normally repaired within five business days of the time the request was submitted for repair. Please be prepared with the street light pole ID number, which is located approximately ten feet from the base of the pole. If a street light pole ID number is not identifiable, please provide an adjacent address. To report a street light that needs to be repaired, contact the Maintenance Division of Public Works at (925) 833-6630, or submit your request online by using Request Tracker.
