The City of Dublin will again present "splatter...not your ordinary food, wine and art festival" on Saturday, September 21, 2013,at beautiful Emerald Glen Park. The event is equal parts food and wine, with a heavy dose of spectacular art. More than two dozen of the Tri-Valley region’s finest wineries and restaurants will be featured in a unique Tasting Pavilion.

The event will also include a caravan of “Off-the-Grid” mobile food trucks, live, staged musical entertainment, and a Craft and Culinary Marketplace.
