The City of Dublin's end-of-summer festival, Splatter, returns to Emerald Glen Park (4201 Central Parkway, Dublin) on Saturday, September 14, noon to 8:30 p.m.  The event, which celebrates food, wine, art, and music, begins at noon and will conclude with an evening dance party concert, featuring the Bruno Mars Tribute band Earth to Mars, beginning at 7:00 p.m.

Splatter is known for its fun, family-friendly art activities; unusual art installations; live music and dance performances; cooking demonstrations; and a craft and culinary marketplace.

Entrance to the festival is free, but there are fees for the carnival rides and the Chalk Walk Art Competition.
