[ARCHIVED] Student Representative to the Parks & Community Services Commission -Applications Now Being Accepted

Applications are now being accepted for the Student Representative to the City of Dublin Parks and Community Services Commission. Applicants must be Dublin residents and have Junior or Senior standing for the upcoming school year. The term of office is for one year commencing July 1, 2011 and terminating the following June 30, 2012. The application deadline is April 29, 2011. Applications are available online, at the Dublin Civic Center, 100 Civic Plaza, Dublin or by calling (925) 556-4500.

The Parks and Community Services Commission is an advisory body to the Dublin City Council and makes recommendations as it deems necessary in all matters pertaining to the operation and maintenance of an effective and adequate program of parks, recreation and community services for the citizens of Dublin. The Commission meets monthly on the third Monday of the month at 7:00 pm. Commissioners receive $50 for attendance at each meeting.
