[ARCHIVED] Preliminary Results from Arts Survey to Be Presented

The City of Dublin will host an open public meeting Wednesday, August 10, 7-8:30 PM at Dublin City Hall, Regional Meeting Room,100 Civic Plaza, to share preliminary findings of the recent Cultural Arts Needs survey and gather public input. This is the final opportunity to provide input before recommendations are made to the Heritage and Cultural Arts Commission and City Council.

More than 700 local residents and workers completed the survey, providing valuable feedback and suggestions. Survey respondents were able to provide an email address to be entered in a random drawing to win a $100 gift certificate from Whole Foods Market. Janice Liao Shiao of Dublin was the winner.

Dublin is also hosting several final focus group discussions geared to particular interests. The City hopes to hear from K-12 Classroom Teachers, Tuesday, August 9, 3:30-5 p.m. at Dublin High School, 8151 Village Parkway, and Incoming Middle and High School Students, Tuesday, August 9, 7-8:30 p.m. at Dublin City Hall’s Regional Meeting Room.
