[ARCHIVED] City of Dublin Urges Residents to Prepare for Upcoming Storm

With heavy rains and winds expected this week, Dublin residents are urged to be especially cautious while driving. Reports of flooding or downed trees on public roads can be made to Public Works at (925) 833-6630, or after hours to Police at (925) 462-1212.

The City of Dublin will make sandbags available for Dublin businesses and residents (limit 10 per household or business). Sandbags can be picked up from the City’s Public Safety Complex, located at 6363 Clark Avenue, or at the City of Dublin Corporation Yard, located at 5709 Scarlett Court. A sandbag-filling station will also be present in the event that the pallets of sandbags are empty. Public Works will provide a mound of sand, shovels, and bags, so that residents can fill up to 10 bags, if necessary.
