In July 2014, the City of Dublin will embark upon a community-driven planning process for Dublin Crossing Community Park. Applications are now being accepted for a task force to provide input and direction on the development of the park. The process is anticipated to last up to twelve months.
The proposed project entails the development of a comprehensive master plan for the 30-acre Dublin Crossing Community Park, centrally located on a portion of the former Camp Parks Army Base property. Given the location, the park is destined to be Dublin’s cultural nucleus, which is why this planning process is essential.
Interested residents are invited to complete the online application. The application deadline is Wednesday, May 14, 2014, at 5:00 PM.
