[ARCHIVED] Applications for Youth Advisory Committee Now Being Accepted

Applications are now being accepted for the City of Dublin Youth Advisory Committee. Applicants must be Dublin residents and be enrolled in middle, junior high or senior high school for the upcoming school year. The term of office is for one year commencing June 1st and terminating the following May 31st. The application deadline is April 30, 2014 at 5:00 PM. Applications are available online; at the Dublin Civic Center, 100 Civic Plaza, Dublin; or by calling (925) 556-4500.

The Youth Advisory Committee (YAC) is a great opportunity for teens to get involved in their community. YAC is a positive and creative youth driven forum that gives Dublin teens a way to provide input on programs and activities offered by the City. The Committee generally meets on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 7:00 PM at the Shannon Community Center.
