Facilities & Park Development
As the City of Dublin continues to grow, central to our development is our dedication to enhance the overall quality of life here, creating an environment where people love where they live. Our priority is to create and improve park, recreation, and cultural facilities for all current and future residents of Dublin. To that end, the City has several projects in the works, and we invite you to look at the many stages of our parks and facilities development.
These projects are being developed in accordance with the City's Parks and Recreation Master Plan.

These parks are comprised of two separate parcels: one located at Croak Road and Central Parkway (Wild Wind) and the other at Croak Road and the proposed street “Mary Way” (Poppy Meadow). Both park parcels are approximately 5.5 acres, totaling 11 acres of new parkland.

Mape Memorial Park Pathway Relocation Project
In order to protect park amenities from future erosion along Martin Canyon Creek, this project removed and relocated a portion of the concrete pathway and cable fencing at the southeastern corner of Mape Memorial Park. The work included modifications to the irrigation system, relocation of an existing bench, installation of a new multi-stream trash receptacle, and regrading of the area.
-

The City of Dublin acquired a 12-acre parcel adjacent to the Iron Horse Trail for park and open space purposes. The property stretches from the border of San Ramon to the confluence of the Alamo and South San Ramon Creeks, south of Amador Valley Boulevard. Phase 1 amenities will include outdoor classrooms, shade structures, a bike maintenance station, and a direct link to Stagecoach Park.
-
