Persons conducting business in the City of Dublin are required to register their business with the City of Dublin. Business license fees are non-refundable.
Effective August 18, 2025
The City of Dublin has partnered with HdL Companies to manage all business license services, including applications, renewals, and updates.

Apply for a Business License
Complete the online application. HdL Companies will review your application for completeness and process it. Next, the application will be reviewed by City departments for approval. Home Occupation and Commercial business license applications may take up to 2-4 weeks to process. Once a business license application is approved, a certificate will be sent via email.
