On June 20, 2017, the City of Dublin (the “City”) City Council adopted Resolution No. 88-17, which established CFD No. 2017-1. The then qualified landowner electors within CFD No. 2017-1 authorized the levy of a Mello-Roos special tax on taxable property within the CFD. Special tax revenue will fund landscape and lighting maintenance services for development located within CFD No. 2017-1. As of June 30, 2023, the City has approved four annexations into CFD No. 2017-1.
