Learn how to offset the high cost of college by utilizing proven strategies to help reduce a family’s “out of pocket” costs, including how to qualify your student for “need based” monies from federal and state resources, as well as the college’s own resources and private resources. This program is conducted by the nonprofit organization, The Heartland Institute on Financial Education (HIFE).
