The Construction Management Team will provide professional and technical services to manage the construction and inspection for the assigned project under the supervision of the City of Dublin. The Consultant selected shall provide all other necessary equipment, vehicle(s), cell phone, tools of the trade, etc. necessary for the project team to successfully complete the project.
