The City of Dublin invites qualified professional artists, or high school student artists working under the supervision of an art teacher or art professional, to submit designs for painted utility boxes, beginning February 17, 2023, through April 16, 2023. All the approved utility boxes are City-owned traffic signal boxes. Selected artists will be paid a $1,000 stipend per utility box painted.
