The Dublin Senior Center will host a free Clipper card signup event for those age 65+ on Wednesday, August 18, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Eligible applicants must bring a completed application form and proof of age to receive the card. A BART customer service representative will be on site to process applications and answer questions. In addition to the standard 62.5% BART fare discount, the agency is offering an additional 50% off promotion for the month of September. Note that there will be no balance on the Clipper card until you load money online or in person at a BART station. No other Clipper products (i.e. Youth Clipper cards, RTC card, etc.) will be processed at this event. Applicants who have a disability and are 65 years of age or older are encouraged to apply for the Senior Clipper card.
