The following Alameda County services and resources are available to Tri-Valley seniors:
Residents of Alameda County may obtain referrals and services from the Alameda County Area Agency on Aging at 800-510-2020, or 510-577-1900. Dial 211 to access the information line.
Dublin and Alameda County residents may also dial 888-886-9660. This number provides access to health and human service information, such as: counseling, disability services, family support, financial assistance, food, legal referrals and shelter.

Wiesner Memorial Senior Fund Application
All requests for assistance are kept confidential. Financial assistance may be made to cover prescription costs, small home repairs, auto repairs, food, and other similar financial needs. Mail the completed application to:

Do you need a ride to the Senior Center, or anywhere in the Tri-Valley area? You can utilize the Livermore / Amador Valley Transit Authority (LAVTA) - a local transportation system that offers two forms of public transportation:
- Dial-a-Ride: A service that offers door-to-door service for seniors and disabled individuals who qualify
- Wheels: LAVTA's public transportation bus service program
Meals on Wheels
Dublin seniors who are home-bound, 60 years or older, and unable to cook may qualify to participate in Alameda County's Meals on Wheels program.

Senior Support Program of the Tri-Valley
Senior Support Program of the Tri-Valley provides services to those 60 years of age and older, living in the Tri-Valley / Alameda County area. Senior assessment, coordination of services, in-home counseling, support groups, and friendly visits are some of the services offered. Wiesner Memorial Senior Fund
The Wiesner Memorial Senior Fund is a special reservoir of funds serving seniors in need of financial assistance who live in the Tri-Valley Area (Dublin, Livermore, and Pleasanton). Seniors age 60 or older may apply.Wiesner Memorial Senior Fund Application
