Community Events & Festivals

The City of Dublin's Heritage and Cultural Arts Division hosts a variety of special events throughout the year offering the community a chance to connect and share memorable experiences together. We celebrate our diverse community, rich heritage, and seasonal traditions at Dublin's outstanding parks and facilities.

NOTE: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the City of Dublin's regular events are being modified in order to comply with the current health orders. Please continue to check back for the most up-to-date information.

Dublin's St. Patrick's Day Celebration, which is traditionally held the weekend of St. Patrick's Day (or the weekend prior if St. Patrick's Day falls on a Monday-Thursday), is the biggest event of our year, drawing crowds of up to 80,000 from all around the Bay Area. This kicks off a busy ten months of outdoor events, including the Spring Eggstravaganza, the Dublin Farmers' MarketPicnic Flix, Family Campouts, SplatterHarvest Fair, Ghosts of Dublin, and concluding with the annual Tree Lighting and Breakfast with Santa in December.

Get Involved

Our community's special events are exceptional because of community participation. We invite individuals and groups to volunteer or entertain at many events, and welcome local businesses with many unique opportunities to participate as vendors or sponsors.  Please contact our special event coordinator, Lauren Marriott, at 556-4508.
