After-School Recreation

The After-School Recreation Program has been suspended due to current school closures by the Dublin Unified School District as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Please check back for updated information as conditions change.

Please look for the NEW L.I.V.E 'n' Rec (Learning in a Virtual Environment) program now being offered at most City facilities to students in 1st to 5th grades to provide supervised support and assistance for distance learning as school resumes.  MORE INFORMATION

The City of Dublin offers an After-School Recreation program at each of the public elementary schools in Dublin for children in grades 1st to 5th grade. In addition, the Student Union program provide after school supervision at the middle schools in Dublin. The "ASR" program promotes positive youth development and helps support the need for families in Dublin for a safe opportunity for students for supervised after school care.  The program runs daily from dismissal until 5:45PM including minimum days but is closed on school holidays or when school is not in session.

The After-School Recreation program is offered at each of the public elementary schools in Dublin:

  • Cottonwood Elementary School
  • Dougherty Elementary School
  • Dublin Elementary School
  • Frederiksen Elementary School
  • Green Elementary School
  • Kolb Elementary School
  • Murray Elementary School
STUDENT UNION SITES:
The Student Union program is similar to the After-School Recreation program but is offered at each of the public middle school locations in Dublin:
  • Cottonwood Middle School 
  • Fallon Middle School
  • Wells Middle School
