City Council Agendas & Staff Reports
Agendas are available the Friday evening prior to a Tuesday meeting. Each agenda lists all items of business to be presented to and acted upon by the City Council at the upcoming meeting. Agendas are available in webpage format and contain links to staff reports for each agenda item, providing in-depth background material.

Agendas are also posted in the kiosk in front of the Civic Center, at the Dublin Library, and at the Senior Center. Packets containing backup documentation and staff reports related to each agenda item are also available for review in the City Clerk's Office and the Dublin Library prior to each meeting. Agendas may be picked up at the Office of the City Clerk for no charge, or you can subscribe to receive agendas by mail for a charge of $40 per year. City Council Minutes
Minutes are presented to the City Council for approval at a future meeting. Once approved by the City Council, minutes are available on this website and for distribution upon request for a minimal copy charge. The City Clerk maintains a historical index of all legislative actions taken by the City Council.

Council Meeting Telecast / Webcast
Regular meetings are both telecast and webcast live on Tri-Valley Community Television (TV28), and are repeated at various times throughout the week. On the afternoon following the meeting, we make them available online.
