The event will also offer one-on-one consulting and resources exhibitors focused on social media.

    Learn about the Home Energy Score, a rating system which rates your home's energy efficiency on a scale of 1-10, similar to a MPG rating system for a car. You'll also learn about the Home Upgrade Program which provides rebates to homeowners who want to take action on energy efficient upgrades. Light dinner will be provided.   1. History Detectives: A Noir Investigation into Dublin's Past

    April 12, 2017 - June 25, 2017 @ Dublin Heritage Park and Museums

    Set in a detective’s office in Dublin sometime between the Great Depression and WWII, visiting detectives can try to solve true mysteries by perusing through vintage facsimile documents and photographs to gather true history clues. Discover who’s who by examining “Sleuth Trunks” filled with vintage photo albums, letters and newspaper clippings that tell mysterious stories from Dublin’s past. Study case files and learn about some of Dublin’s more colorful characters like the visionary Lois Jordon (aka the White Angel), who ran a soup kitchen in Dublin. While set in a fun and fictitious environment, the exhibit will have solid facts and provide clues that will lead the way to successful research for historians and the curious of all ages. This exhibit is open Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, only.

  2. Amador Valley Quilters Hosts Quiltinators Rookie Quilt Program

    May 3, 2017, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM @ Dublin Library

    Arts Space Grant pilot projects are underway, with local non-profit organizations offering arts-related programming open to the community. The City provides space free of charge to the organizations. The Amador Valley Quilters’ free drop-in rookie quilt-making program, Quiltinators, began in December and continues through June, meeting the first Wednesday of the month, 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the Dublin Library.
