Are you prepared for emergencies? Attend this workshop by the Alameda Fire Department to find out.

Emergency action plans keep you and your family calm and safe during a natural disaster or fire.  Attend a free interactive workshop on Thursday, March 21, 9:30 - 11:00 a.m., at the Dublin Senior Center (7600 Amador Valley Blvd.) to learn how you can be better prepared in an emergency.

Topics include what to do before, during, and after an earthquake. Learn how to make a family plan and build an emergency kit; what items should be included; and the proper way to store it. The workshop will also teach basic prevention or mitigation strategies that you can do in your home to protect your family and valuables.

This workshop will be presented by the Alameda County Fire Department.
