Family Campout

The Parks and Community Services Department offers three Family Campouts each summer.  This is a great way to introduce camping to your little ones.  You'll be only minutes from your house, but it will feel like you’re miles away!

The schedule for 2017 is:

June 24 - 25
Saturday & Sunday
Emerald Glen Park

July 15 - 16
Saturday & Sunday

Here's what you'll experience at a City of Dublin Family Campout:



Schedule


  • Check in begins on Saturday at 3:00 p.m.
  • Activities begin at 4:30 p.m.
  • Dinner is served at 6:30 p.m.
  • Campfire & S'mores start at 8:00 p.m.
  • Breakfast is served at 7:00 p.m.
  • Check out Sunday at 10:00 a.m.

Activities


We have a variety of games and activities planned to keep everyone active and entertained throughout the evening, including a campfire, entertainment, arts and crafts, active group games, and of course s'mores!

    Items to Bring


    All campers must bring a tent and sleeping bags.  You will also need chairs, flashlights, snacks, clothes and personal items.
      Sorry but No Pets are allowed!

      $22 - Residents; $26 - Non-residents
